As someone who has never tried yoga before the retreat in France was a brilliant introduction. Laurent’s approach was very effective, focused on achieving without looking for perfection, I really appreciated this. He coached those that needed it (like me) in a constructive way. The sessions were ideally spaced (morning an evening) allowing time for us to explore the local area.
