The Earth Retreat:

Mindful Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation and Somatic for Wellness.

Saturday 21st – Saturday 28th September 2024 (7 nights / 8 days)

Many years ago, when I first came to Morocco, it felt like home!

It’s a heart-warming feeling that stays with me every time I visit and work in this beautiful country.

That’s why I enjoy taking retreaters to the Atlas Mountains to experience the lively colours of Morocco. The warmth isn’t just from the sun and the friendly people.

In the Atlas Mountains, you feel a unique energy that instantly makes you feel at home. It’s a colourful journey beyond just landscapes; you get to know the soul of Moroccan culture with its rich spices, exciting your taste buds and the people’s smiles winning you over!

Away from the busy Marrakech, Tigmi is a peaceful haven that changes how you see true relaxation and refreshment for your mind, body, and soul. It’s the perfect place for the revitalising Earthing Program!

The Earthing Program - What is Laurent teaching in this retreat?

Let’s speak about your practice during the week in Morocco…

The daily two-hour themed morning workshops combine various yoga methods, including Scaravelli-inspired yoga, grounding techniques, somatic and mindful yoga, breathwork, and meditation.

This diverse range of practices offers an excellent opportunity to improve your practice at your own pace, achieve your goals, and adapt to any ailments or health conditions.

Breathwork is crucial during transitional periods such as the end of summer. Breathing techniques provide essential support through changes and transformations, fostering calmness, readiness, and reconnection with oneself.

Other practices help us release and open our senses to the new season.

Our earthing and grounding yoga practice enables us to embrace it with open arms and subtlety.

Laurent’s expertise ensures accessibility for all through tailored variations and accommodations.

Evening sessions are dedicated to calming, meditative inward practices and are about having a more profound pause!

After the day’s activities, Laurent leads a 90-minute calming and restorative yoga session, incorporating somatic exercises and movements to release tension and promote deep relaxation.

Additionally, there is dedicated time for breathing exercises, meditation techniques, and various relaxation methods to complement the gentle bodywork.

Laurent’s extensive repertoire of work and techniques instils a profound sense of physical, mental, and emotional peace and rejuvenation.

This program is ideal for those grappling with fatigue and seeking stress relief. In the face of life’s challenges, this retreat provides essential support and offers well-deserved moments of blissful relaxation.
