I wanted to say un “grand merci pour un week-end magnifique”, for the thought and consideration you put into constructing such a relaxing and mindful experience for us. I love the slower pace of this retreat and the opportunity to learn about and practice aspects of yoga not normally covered in an asana class. I have amazingly retained some of the breathing exercises you introduced and have now incorporated them into my own daily practice. Thank you for the excerpts you have posted, c’est très gentil.
